Bruce Robertson
Bruce came to me at the age of 49, he had never set foot in a gym at this point, and although he was not out of obese, he was not conditioned and had a high percentage body fat. He decided to start training and eating correctly. The pics below depict his progress over the last 11 years. Now at the age of 60, he has one of the most incredible physiques you'll ever see on a 60 year old. It goes to show that it's not too late in the game to start transforming oneself. And whatever excuses one has, are rendered pointless when you see what's possible.
  
GLEN KROG
In the photo on the left I'm 69 kg (152 lbs), this picture was taken in 1992 before I knew much about training and nutrition. The pictures on the right (weighing 92.5 kg / 205 lbs), were taken the morning before I competed at the South African bodybuilding championships. Where I ended up placing 6th. This was the first and only time I ever competed. This is not to show off my bodybuilding prowess, but merely to illustrate what's possible.
ESME
Left hand photo is when Esme first came to see me on the 13 th of May 2005, she weighed 61kg with about 15% body fat. The dates and placing at the shows follow. In the photo on the right Esme weighed 51.9kg at the IFBB Provisionals regionals.
