Is there a gym membership fee? . . .

No, the only payment is between you and your trainer.

How long are the sessions? . . .

Normally an intense 30 minutes, but if you’re new to exercise, we’ll work you up to it over time. However, we will build a bespoke training routine for you, if you have something different in mind.

Do I train with different trainers? . . .

No, you’ll be assigned a trainer. We do our best to match goals and personality types, if it doesn’t work out, we’re happy to change it up..

Do you recommend doing cardio before or after exercise? . . .

We are not fans of cardio, it is a redundant form of exercise which does very little for fat loss, and absolutely nothing to change the shape of your body. It’s time that could be better spent somewhere else.

Do you charge for a meal/eating plan? . . .

Only if you don’t train with us. If you’re one of our clients, your eating plan is designed for you as part of the package, and continually updated and amended to ensure results.

Do you recommend any food delivery services? . . .

We have partnered with Clean Cuisine, we send them your eating plan, and they make it to your specifications, and add a tasty spin based on your preferences.

Does your gym get overcrowded? . . .

Not at all, when we built the studio, our goal was to cultivate a much more informal friendly atmosphere than a large commercial gym, and we have capped the number of trainers that work here as to prevent overcrowding.

What results can I expect? . . .

It’s very difficult to lose more than a kilogram of fat a week, especially if one’s metabolism is lethargic. But with our systems we’ve had clients lose 40 kilograms in 40 weeks, maintaining a steady 1 kilogram/week. This only happens if your metabolism stays elevated, and this can only happen with resistance training and adequate nutrition.
