We built the studio in 2001, and opened officially in September 2001. Our studio is unlike other studios in that we purposely keep it free from madding crowds. The reason for this is twofold, firstly we want an environment that is not intimidating to new members, and secondly that one can maintain a high intensity workout, without having to wait for equipment.
