Phase One of the Revamp Complete!
It's been a grueling two weeks, setting up and assembling the new equipment, as well as rearranging it all, it's a serious workout in itself. But we're incredibly happy with the results, we now have a studio which lacks for nothing, we are more comprehensively equipped than most commercial gyms in terms of quantity, but in terms of variety and specialized machinery, we beat them hands down............and what's more we don't have the awful crowds!
